CryoClear™ Tubes - Internal Threads

Globe Scientific offers an exceptional line of cryogenic tubes for use in extreme temperatures ranging from -196◦C to +121◦C. A new patented screw cap is offered with our internally threaded cryogenic tubes. The screw cap is produced from a special grade of polyethylene (PE) and molded with a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). When tightening the screw cap to the tube, the TPE expands and functions as an o-ring, providing a 100% leak-free and contamination-free seal. The cryogenic tubes are 95kPa compliant and are lot-certified to be free of human DNA, DNase, RNase, pyrogens and ATP. Each vial is imprinted with an expiration date, helping laboratories follow the most stringent guidelines for specialized applications.
