MicroTest Plates

Three types of 96-well microtest plates are offered for general (non-tissue-culture) applications including microbiology and serology. Available in "U" (round bottom), "V" and flat bottom shapes, they are available individually wrapped to protect them from air contaminants or in bulk packaging. Made from polystyrene of high optic transmission grade, the microtest plates are arranged in a standard 12 x 8 configuration and have alpha numeric position markings.

Designed for the sealing of microplates, our EZ Seal^TM adhesive sealing films eliminate well-to-well contamination. They also prevent crossover in sensitive ELISA/EIA assays and PCR^® applications where minimization of evaporation and vapor loss is critical. Additionally, our films can be used to seal tissue culture plates for short-term storage and incubation, transport, and the containment of biohazardous solutions. An economical alternative to plate covers, adhesive sealing films provide a complete seal, whereas plate lids act only as covers.
