Globe Scientific will have a shipping delay May 12th - 13th due to a yearly inventory count. This count helps us verify inventory and prevent errors.
Why are orders delayed during this count?
We can accept and process orders during this time but we cannot pick or ship the orders until the inventory count is completed. Orders placed during the inventory count will be processed and shipped in the order they were received.
When will my order ship?
Orders will resume shipping starting Monday, May 16th. Orders will be picked and shipped as quickly as possible in the order they were received.
Can I still place an order during the inventory count?
Absolutely! You may still place orders during this time. We will send out order confirmations advising you of the estimated shipment date. Shipments will resume on Monday May 16th and we will work through the back-up as quickly as possible.
Can I contact customer service with questions during the inventory count?
Absolutely, we will be on hand to answer your questions and process your orders as expected.
